LKN Foundation
LKN educational resources are offerred free to all NGO and MoH deliving MMDP and self-care training, but providing materials alone is not enough. To make lymphoedema mangement sustainable, we need to educate medical professionals and health workers who live and work in LF- and Podoconiosis-endemic regions.
Donate to our Scholarship Fund and help raise the standard of training for lymphoedema professionals serving neglected communities.
Most LF and Podoconiosis endemic countries have few specialist health professional, and in the often hard to reach communities where lymphoedema destroys so many lives, there is an enormous reliance on semi-skilled local health workers.
LKN Programs and Scholarships are building a global knowledge network, connecting people affected by Lymphoedema with training and education to manage lymphoedema with dignity and confidence.
The Annual LKN Travel Scholarship covers all travel and accommodation for an eligible health professional or program manager to attend an appropriate training program.
